Why I’m Caucusing for Tom Steyer
I’ve appreciated Tom Steyer”s stance on the issues for a while now — it took guts to call for
Donald Trump’s impeachment when he did, long before any other candidate. But my strong
endorsement of Tom came after reading and hearing his plans for America. Having served in the Iowa
House of Representatives for 16 years, I know that hard-working Iowans are sometimes dealt a bad
hand, ignored by political insiders, or hurt by corporations that only care about making a quick buck.
Tom knows this too, and he’s running to fix it — by building an economy that prioritizes people over
profits and works for all Americans, not just the CEOs at the top.
