Hundreds of Iowans packed the State Capitol again yesterday to speak out against the terrible GOP budget cuts. After the GOP turned a $928 million surplus into a $130 million deficit, Iowans are frustrated that the GOP is making them pay for their budget mistakes and corporate tax giveaways.
